Exciting news! Jo Fallshaw, Managing Director of Fallshaw Group, recently embarked on a new chapter of her life by tying the knot with her partner of 8.5 years, Dave Spargo.
Jo and Dave's wedding ceremony unfolded in the picturesque Melbourne's Royal Botanical Gardens in the late afternoon of a scorching hot, 36-degree day in March.
Guests sought out shade under the ample tree canopy surrounding the lawn at the Lily Lake, while they drank champagne and waited for the bridal party to arrive, deferring embarking out into the sun until absolutely necessary.
But, just as the bridal party arrived, the atmosphere started to change—a light breeze arrived. Over the next 15 minutes, the temperature dropped from 36 to a perfect 24 degrees and then stayed there. Everyone felt the buzz and excitement of the cool change sweeping in. By the time Jo and Dave said 'I do', it felt like the universe had truly blessed the union!
The wedding guests then all walked together to the restaurant on the edge of the gardens, and the celebration continued into the late hours. The night was filled with lively conversations, delectable cuisine, and heartfelt speeches that touched the hearts of everyone present. The dance floor came alive until the late hours as guests demonstrated their uninhibited dance moves (kicked off by Jo, as David Bowie's "Let's Dance" came on, and Jo twilled her way to the dancefloor, tapping people on the shoulder and beckoning to come joint the fun). It really was a magical day.
