Fallshaw's visual merchandise is a great addition to any distributor or reseller showroom. Below are our castor and wheel displays with instructions on how to set up your Fallshaw display stands. As we know, a well-merchandised display stand will attract new customers and enhance sales over time, leading to increased customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Here, you will find visual diagrams with clear guidelines to make it easy to update your display stands in store and to reinforce your position as a local distributor of Australian-made, market-leading products.
These displays ensure the products are categorised and laid out neatly to make it easier for customers. The visual diagrams are the “Fallshaw standard” for merchandising displays and will serve as a fresh and modern example of a high-quality castor and wheel display. These displays are used in Fallshaw’s own showrooms in Victoria, Sydney and Brisbane and have proven successful in aiding product selection at the retail level.

'Aussie-made' sticker instructions
'Aussie made' stickers for castors and forks
The 'Aussie made' stickers (AUSSIESTICKER) are placed onto the forks so they appear upside-down on the display stand (as pictured below), with the brake pedal pointing to the right (even if there isn’t actually a brake pedal). Please note: Stickers are only applied to complete castors or forks, but not to wheels.
Australian-made range
Stickers can be applied to castors in the Fallshaw core range including K, M, J, O and H series, and well as the decorative, scaffold, specialised and medical castors—all of which have more than 50% content manufactured here (and are therefore truthfully 'made in Australia' as per ACC trade practices law). This covers our entire ranges between the 50kg to 600kg load ratings.
The L series or the Very Heavy Duty ranges must not have the 'Aussie made' sticker, as these are imported. This includes the ranges with load ratings less than 50kg or more than 600kg (or other incidental items that are imported).
Ordering stickers
Not all Fallshaw distributors want the 'Aussie made' stickers.
If you do not want the stickers on a particular order, then our sales people will enter an order line that omits the stickers.
Once we flag a distributor as 'yes' then every subsequent printing slip will have an automatic item code 'AUSSIESTICKER'.

The swing tags need to be printed out onto 200 gsm white silk/satin paper (thick photo paper), and then trimmed using a guillotine.
In your print settings, make sure you select the following:
- Paper size: A4.
- Paper type: 170-220 gsm.
- Orientation: Landscape.
- Double sided.
- Flip on short edge.
- Scale: Fit.
- Full colour.

The Adjustable Feet/ Knock-in Tubes signage PDF needs to be printed out onto 200 gsm white silk/satin paper (thick photo paper), and then trimmed using a guillotine. There will be six signs per A4 sheet.
In your print settings, make sure you select the following:
- Paper size: A4.
- Paper type: 170-220 gsm.
- Orientation: Landscape.
- Single sided.

Download the PDF to your desktop. The Gravity Conveyor Roller signage PDF needs to be printed out onto 200 gsm white silk/satin paper (thick photo paper).
In your print settings, make sure you select the following:
- Paper size: A4.
- Paper type: 170-220 gsm.
- Orientation: Portrait.
- Scale: Fit.
- Full colour.

Instructions for printing
Download the PDF to your desktop. The Safety Steps signage PDF needs to be printed out onto 200 gsm white silk/satin paper (thick photo paper). Print on 2 sides.
In your print settings, make sure you select the following:
- Paper size: A4.
- Paper type: 170-220 gsm.
- Orientation: Portrait.
- Scale: Actual size.
- Full colour.
- Print on both sides of paper. (Flip on long edge of paper).
Using a guillotine, cut the signs to size.

For distributors and resellers, there are two ways to place an order.
Make sure that you sign-in via our login page, using your existing details—your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the 'Forgot password' link on the login page.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to see 'My account' in the top blue menu bar.
Within the 'My account' menu, select the 'Fast order' page. Here you can quickly order multiple items at once by simply typing the product code. Once you are ready to order, click on 'Add to cart'.
Or within each product page, simply click 'Add to cart'.
You can also add favourite items, by clicking on the heart on each product, and then view in 'My wish list' from within 'My account'.
You can browse previous orders on the 'My orders' page within 'My account'.
